FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED SINCE 1983
In 1973, Jimmy Eskew started out as a part time employee at Diessl Jewelry in Independence, Missouri, where the main focus was custom jewelry and repair. In 1983, Jim moved on from Diessls and opened up Eskew’s Fine Jewelers at John Knox Village in Lee’s Summit, Missouri where the main focus was based upon those same services and continues today. Fifteen years later, Kurt Eskew, Jimmy's brother, joined as a partner in Eskew’s allowing the expansion to a new and larger location which still remains on 291 Highway in Lee’s Summit.
In 2021, Jimmy's sister, Deanne Eskew Bohanon, and niece, Catherine Bohanon, joined the team to continue managing the store with the passing of Jimmy and Kurt's semi-retirement.
